Convinced that culture in Andalusia has always been subsidized by the public administration, the cultural sector can not continue to depend on public funding for its own sustainability and because creativity must be independent and unrelated to the policies established by the different governments to perform its social function. Also, the U.E. offers a wide range of educational resources and for the development of joint cultural projects that mean a new horizon of opportunities for the cultural sector in Seville.
1. To give visibility and diffusion to the independent cultural manifestations in the city of Seville.
2. Provide free advice and consultancy for the development of local cultural projects.
3. Provide continuining training and training for entrepreneurship to young professionals of the local cultural sector.
4. To promote cultural projects jointly developed by local and international cultural operators.
5. Disseminate cultural studies and research of interest to the local industry.
